The new line of RTA Brushless with asyncronous motor proposes some new interesting news in front of what the market offers today. The materials: the basement is obtained by a die casting mould that gives the best in terms of finishing and resistance of the materials. The handle is completely in alluminium and is extremely solid thanks also to the fact that the attachment is part of the basement and this gives a high resistance even in the most hard conditions.

CANDIA and LIMPIA Five models, different in size and performance have been created in order to solve any kind of floor maintenance or restoration problem.
Common features to the whole range include safety handle interlocks, high strength construction, factory manufactured motors, full planetary gearbox drive, smooth start up action, vibration free operation, an excellent balance between quality and price ensuring operator comfort and the lowest cost of ownership.

The safety: two switches positioned on the top and on the bottom of the handle grant that the machine cannot be started in a condition in which the operator doesn't have a complete control of the buffer.

The brushless motor: this 2,4hp brushless motor has different advantages:

the motor operates at constant torque efficiency is sensibly higher than with asyncronous motor (the power absorbed is completely transferred to the brush)

variable speed between 0 and 500 rpm

electronic starting system and automatic peak management for low consumption

compact motor and reduced overall dimensions

no cooling fan, no capacitor, no centrifugal switch

The versatile C43 offers the optimum power-speed-weight combination for any cleaning process or floor maintenance process.

Same size as C43 HDM, this machine has been equipped with a special high output motor, suitable for processes such as sanding, scarifying, grinding or vitrification.

The C53 offers all the benefits of the C43 but the increased weight and working width offers increased productivity.

Two high-speed machine,C43 AV models complete the 17" single brush range. They have been specifically designed for both conventional floor maintenance processes and for more specialist use.

 The Candia 1000 is a revolutionary Ultra High Speed single rotary disc machine, which can be used, in either a straight line or swing action with minimal operator training.
Ideally suited for the everyday maintenance of floors with emulsion floor finish applied to them the Candia 1000 is capable of spray cleaning, spray buffing and wet look burnishing dependant on floor pad and chemical selection.The careful analysis of power requirements has enabled Wirbel to design a motor which powers the Candia 1000 to maintain full pad contact with the floor whilst it is turning at 1000rpm with 25kgs of pressure.The static and dynamic balancing during the manufacture of the Candia 1000 ensures smooth starts. For maximum performance and effectiveness it is recommended that floors to be maintained with the Candia 1000 are finished metalised emulsion floor finish. Daily maintenance consists of dust mopping and either damp mopping and burnishing or spray cleaning with a suitable cleaning agent via the optional spray attachment. Floor restoration can also be achieved using spray scrub and spray polish techniques. The Candia 1000 comes with a pre-mounted and balanced drive board and pad lock ring.

Limpia 13: a compact machine with outstanding performance.
This small perfectly dimensioned machine is ideal for applications requiring professional equipment but which at the same time need to be light, portable and easy handling.
The Limpia 13 is the perfect floor maintenance machine for limited and obstructed areas, from stripping, scrubbing and buffing of all floor types through to rotary carpet shampooing.

SAFETY
Double protection against accidental starts.
Starting the machine is possible only by depressing the safety interlock lever on the left or right side of the handle and simultaneously operating the ON switch lever on the same side. An additional safety interlock is built into the handle to eliminate the accidental starting of the machine with the handle in the upright position.
HANDLE ASSEMBLY
The handle assembly is immensely strong and has the ability to be adjusted to various heights to ensure a comfortable working position. All controls are contained within the impact resistant and ergonomic handle.
