 The electric, water-cooled diamond tilesaw is of compact design, extremely low weight, particularly suited for cutting and chamfering of a range of tiles, of different thicknesses and lengths. It is extremely simple in design and easy to use making in the ideal compliment to the conventional hand operated MONTOLIT tile-cutters, for both the professional and "D.I.Y." enthusiasts. The frame consists of sheet steel which is coated there times in two pack paint, to make it more resilient to atmospheric influences. With no pumps and filters to create problems, the essential cooling of the diamond tipped blade (Ø 180mm) is by dipping the crown of the blade into the water reservoir.

MINIMONTOLIT is a line of manual tile cutters suitable both for the professional tile layer who wants a practical, lightweight machine to use alongside the other professional  tile cutters as well as for the do-it-yourself enthusiast. The range of machines has been designed for regulation-free cutting of tiles of different thicknesses (0-20 mm.) to different angles (0-60ƒ) using a built-in goniometer. An easily-replaced large-diameter tungsten carbide wheel with special double angling (a unique feature), facilitates cutting of any type of tile. The die-cast aluminum alloy structure features an internal protected enclosure designed to hold a cutting wheel complete with pin which can be used as a spare, giving the operator the opportunity of having everything close at hand to handle any job, any place.
The special impact-resistant scratch-proof material which coats the points of contact of the cutting tool prevents scratching or staining of delicate and/or light-colored tile surfaces. A special extra-tough double-knife in hardened steel guarantees machine durability and reliability even on the most strenuous jobs.
The new MINIMONTOLIT is quite simple to use: after the tool cuts across the tile, the lever automatically adjusts to the best position for subsequent tile splitting. The tile rests on special galvanized plates with spring suspension. Tile run-off at point of breakage takes care of any debris. Special slip-proof support feet guarantee machine stability during the cutting process.

A line of high-quality professional tiles cutters whose economy, practicality, simple use and light weight - united with proverbial MONTOLIT reliability - set them apart from any other product available on the market.

Basic features include:
- The special patented die-cast aluminum plus nickel-plated steel “boxed” structure guarantees strength and total weather-proofing.
- Special spring-suspension galvanized plates support tiles while cutting.
- The patented cutting tool, which is pushed forward across the tile, features a large diameter tungsten carbide wheel which requires no adjustment for changing thicknesses.
- The point of contact of the cutting tool is coated with a special impact-resistant, scratch-proof material that will not scratch or stain delicate and/or light-colored tile surfaces.
- Tile splitting uses the same cutting tool, with a dual option: 90° traditional cut or adjustable angled cut of large-sized tiles by means of a diagonal splitting system for mosaics and precision cuts.
- The goniometer, completely recessed into machine perimeter, is equipped with a double 0° and 45° scale and with a specially-designed reference notch which allows for precise, rapid measurement of cuts in either a clockwise (0° to 75°) or counter-clockwise (0° to -45°) direction.
- Support feet are made of non-slip scratch-proof rubber.

TILE DRILL WITH RADIAL TOOL

For the drilling of glazed/enamelled wall tiles.
The drill is applied to the soft side of the tile, therefore no contact by the cutting tool the glazed edge. A regulator adjusts both the tool feed and rapid return. The radial cutting tool is adjustable to suit a wide range of hole diameters. All model come with a cerntral bit to align the hole and control the cut to improve accuracy. Finally the hole is finished off by using the specially pointed tile hammer on the glazed side of the tile to gently tap out the excess.
